7-Day Exchange Window

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We currently offer size exchanges only — no refunds.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Wrong size received
  • Size doesn't fit as expected (within 7 days)
  • Product is unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Exchange requested via WhatsApp with order number

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Item has been worn or washed
  • Tags have been removed
  • Exchange requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Exchange

  1. 1Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. 2Provide your order number and the size you need.
  3. 3We'll confirm availability of the new size.
  4. 4Send the original item back via courier (customer pays return courier).
  5. 5Once received and inspected, we send the new size.

For defective products or wrong items, AROHON covers the return courier cost. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos of the issue.
