Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 1 – 2 Working days — Charge: BDT 70
Outside Dhaka (Districts): 2–4 business days — Charge: BDT 130
Free delivery on orders above BDT 3,500.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when your parcel arrives — no upfront payment required. We use trusted courier partners including Steadfast, Pathao Courier, and RedX.
Check Before You Pay
You have the right to inspect your order in front of the delivery person before making payment. If the product is incorrect or visibly damaged, you may reject the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Change-of-mind requests are not applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel. You can also contact us anytime for an order status update.
Courier Partners
We use: Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier, RedX, E-courier. Partner availability may vary by location.
